Common questions
Is crowding live?
No. Crowding is an hourly forecast made from past ridership, the calendar and the weather. Arrival times, vehicle positions and disruptions come live from İBB, Metro İstanbul and İETT.
Why is "Near you" empty?
Location permission is off, or you are outside Istanbul. On iPhone, turn it on in Settings → DoluMu → Location. You can browse lines and stops from anywhere through Map or Search.
I don't get notifications
Check that Settings → DoluMu → Notifications is on. Bus alarms last 60 minutes; disruption alerts arrive only when a new disruption starts.
How do I delete my data?
Favourites and searches: Settings → Your data. For your notification registration, turn off all alerts or delete the app; it is deleted within 90 days. You can also ask by email.
Is DoluMu made by İBB?
No. DoluMu is an independent project with no official connection to İBB, Metro İstanbul, İETT or other operators. It uses their open data services.
